A self-funded acquisition search based in Hollywood, Florida. I’m actively looking to buy and operate one established small business in South Florida, with a target close within twelve months. My background is in financial operations and analytics — work spanning industrial automation, e-commerce, government services, distribution, consumer goods, healthcare, beverage, and PE-backed companies. After close, I’ll be the full-time owner-operator — buying a business to run and improve, not just to hold.

- —Actively searching, targeting a close within twelve months
Industries — Ranked by Fit
- IT managed services (MSP)
- Pool service — residential and commercial
- Commercial pest control
- Commercial HVAC — service-heavy, not new construction
- Light or niche manufacturing
- Commercial fire & life safety
- Commercial landscaping with a recurring maintenance book
Not pursuing: residential trades (pool service excepted), retail, restaurants, B2B industrial distribution, project-based construction, and anything cyclical.
Ideal Target Profile
- —Recurring or contracted revenue
- —A succession-minded owner approaching transition, with no family successor in line
- —5–30 employees
- —No single customer above 25% of revenue
- —A capable second-in-command already in place
